All made-to-measure / made-to-order items are final sale.
If this is the case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the return/exchange/adjustment, then make sure to ship the item back to us as soon as possible.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Once item(s) are received and inspected, refund will be issued for returned items. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
Items are returned at the buyer’s own risk, so we recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.
