Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).

All made-to-measure / made-to-order items will be shipped within the 4-6 week period. 

When you order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.

Wynona ships worldwide. Please proceed to the checkout to calculate the shipping price. Delivery times vary based on location. 

Some orders, particularly those outside Canada, may be subject to import taxes and VAT. All incurred charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as Wynona has no control over these. Any questions on customs policies must be made to your local postal service.

Free shipping on all orders over $350CAD. Taxes calculated at checkout. 

 

Please note:

• We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse
• The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns
• Delivery to rural addresses can take longer
